What we set out to solve.
The client required an end-to-end tracking solution for clinical trials with a mobile app that lets users know the exact location of medical samples, avoid data loss and run trials efficiently. The most challenging task was creating a mobile app to digitalize the process and upload data in real time.

Solution
How we built it.
TruLab Sample Tracking software allows querying the last known location of samples in real time, regardless of location. Sponsors and trial managers can track samples — in real time or retroactively — using barcodes for tracing from collection site to delivery destination.

Select a clinic or laboratory to find, process and keep data.

Choose patient name and data to process, scan and report.
Sample collection
Scan barcode of test tubes — capture chain of custody from the source.
Lab mode
View processes and data for receiving, transfusing, freezing, sending or taking blood.
Aliquot
Select test tubes for transfer, freezing or transfusing.

Receive alerts about completed tasks and storage condition changes.
