Reliable engineering partner · est. 2012

High-load engineering for always-on platforms.

We build the scalable, fault-tolerant systems behind connected fleets, energy grids, smart homes and media platforms — applied to a deliberate roster of long-term client partnerships.

All our clients grow with us
and stay for years

Why teams choose us

Not another vendor.
The Partner.

We offer long-term thinking, architectural judgment and the discipline of working with our clients deeply — for years.

01

Domain and technology, both deep

A stack only matters when it meets the right domain. We bring Elixir, Erlang/OTP, Go and Rust together with deep expertise in IoT, real-time and high-load systems — and the connected industries where they earn their keep.

02

Lower R&D cost — every commit human-reviewed

We use AI to accelerate drafting, refactoring and test scaffolding — but no commit lands in your repo without a senior engineer reading and signing it off. AI is the leverage; humans are the bar. R&D spend typically drops 30–60%.

03

We grow with you, from start to scale

Our partnerships run for years. We come in early and stay through every stage of your product's growth. We strengthen in-house teams in the places where rare expertise matters — your engineers stay in charge.

Expertise

6 things we do exceptionally

We've spent 14 years sharpening a deliberate set of capabilities — the ones that compound across IoT, real-time and high-load systems.

High-Load IoT Platforms

Multi-tenant infrastructure handling hundreds of thousands of connected devices. Built for fleets, charging networks, smart homes and wearables — engineered to stay up when it matters.

Real-Time Streaming & Messaging

Sub-second latency, millions of concurrent connections, fault-tolerant message buses. Built on Phoenix Channels, OTP and battle-tested distributed primitives.

Video & Media Engineering

Ingestion pipelines, transcoding orchestration, CDN strategy, real-time interactive overlays. The same patterns we use for million-event-per-second telemetry, applied to video.

AI/ML on Streaming Data

Anomaly detection, predictive optimization, behavioral scoring — applied to telemetry, video QoS, fraud detection and recommendation. Models that learn from streams, not batches.

Compliance & Security Engineering

SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR. Audit logs, encryption, role-based access — applied at the architecture level rather than retrofitted before due diligence.

A specific superpower

Your AWS bill is an
engineering metric.

DevOps & Cost Optimization

In most companies the cloud bill quietly drifts upward year after year. The people who could fix it are too busy shipping features; the people watching the budget don't know what's safe to change. This is the gap we close. Properly-sized clusters, smarter caching, BEAM concurrency where it earns its keep, Go and Rust where raw throughput matters, architectural choices that survive your next 10× of load.

14 years of practice Battle-tested at scale

The same engineering foundation as WhatsApp, Discord and Klarna.

The BEAM — the virtual machine that runs Erlang and Elixir — was built for systems that must not go down. Telecom switches. Payment networks. Trading platforms. Massively concurrent games.

It's not a fashionable choice. It's a correct one — for any platform where milliseconds, fault tolerance and millions of concurrent connections decide whether your product survives its own growth curve.

It's the reason Wellnuts outperforms major engineering organizations on the workloads that actually break things.

How we use AI

AI accelerates the work. Engineers commit the code.

We use AI where it shortens the gap between intent and shipped code — and only there. Architecture, security review, the merge button — all human.

01

Drafting at AI speed. Committing at senior speed.

Pull requests are scaffolded with AI — boilerplate, tests, refactors, type stubs. Every one is read, edited and signed off by a senior engineer before it lands in your repo. We use the leverage; we don't ship the slop.

02

Every AI-generated line passes our security gate.

Static analysis (SAST), dependency and CVE scanning, secret detection and license filtering run on every commit — AI-authored or not. Auth, payments and PII paths stay human-authored by policy, not by hope.

03

Industry accelerators, customized per client.

For every industry we serve — EV, fleet, smart-home, streaming, fashion-tech — we maintain a library of battle-tested foundations: OCPP normalization, telemetry ingestion, real-time chat backbones, OTA pipelines. We start from a proven baseline, then customize. Time-to-first-feature drops by an order of magnitude.

04

Your code, your IP — not training data.

Enterprise AI tiers with no-training contracts, on-premise inference where the client requires it, and explicit data boundaries spelled out in the engagement. What stays yours, stays yours.

How we work

A measured engagement, in 3 stages.

We don't sign long contracts before we've earned them. Every partnership starts the same way — with the work itself, not the paperwork.

Stage 01

Discovery

1–2 weeks · no charge

A senior architect digs into your system, your scaling pain, your roadmap. You leave with a written architectural assessment whether or not you choose to work with us.

Stage 02

Pilot

4–8 weeks · fixed scope

One concrete module, proof-of-concept or technical de-risking task — delivered with a measurable outcome. This is how we prove the relationship before either side commits long-term.

Stage 03

Long-term partnership

Multi-year · dedicated team

A small senior team that grows with your product. We share roadmap decisions, sit in your standups, and stay accountable to the same engineering metrics you answer to.
