Minimal qualifications:
- Prefer at least 1 year of related work experience
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator Expert
- Established LinkedIn Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or tech
- Critical thinker with the ability to think on your feet, try new approaches and bounce back when things don’t go your way
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence and persuade others internally and externally
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Previous sales experience
- Prior marketing, or recruiting experience is a plus
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Self-starter; ability to achieve goals without daily supervision
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills
- Strong business acumen & writing skills

- Maintain an accurate log of activity
- Generate qualified leads and send to Business Development team
- Use research software to seek out decision makers
- Identify potential buyers and companies matching Ideal Customer Profile
- Build and test new messaging and message-chains to improve campaign performance
- LinkedIn Customer Engagement
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
